ABOUT the Classes

Welcoming and friendly staff make starting comfortable. Most new 

members have no prior boxing experience.

Multiple coaches teach each class.  

 

Circuit style training including heavy bags, punch mitts, and drills. 

 

Two rings and over 30 heavy bags give plenty of space for boxers 

of all levels. 

​We emphasize real boxing skills. Sparring and competition 

training is also available, for those who want

advanced training

Great cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, cross training 

improved balance and overall health.

Parkinson’s Boxing Class: 10:30am – 11:30am

Besides classes, the gym is open all day, Mon-Fri and Saturday morning!
Rick Sweeney and Ray Schott are available for lessons and supervised workouts throughout the day.

Call or come by and talk to Rick or Ray for specific packages and programs.

Our program is a cross between personal training and a fitness class.

Punch mitts and personal attention in EVERY workout.

 

Single Class: $20.00

Memberships:

1 Month: $129.00 ($115 cash)

3 Months: $279.00 ($259 cash)

6 Months: $469.00 ($415 cash)

12 Months: $725.00 ($625 cash)

 

$89.00 per month (4 month minimum)(Automatic payment Credit/Debit charge)
